Doug Dallimore
DIRECTOR
Doug Dallimore was born & raised in Northam before moving to Perth to complete his Bachelor of Business at Edith Cowan University. Doug started his career in accounting firms in Northam and West Perth before moving to Albany in 1999 with his wife Kylie, In 2001 Doug became a Director/Partner of Dew Dallimore alongside Craig Dew.
Doug brings over 35 years’ public accounting experience to dew | dallimore , he has completed his CPA qualification including a Public Practice Certificate. He provides clients and staff with assistance in a range of matters including accounting and taxation advice, business development and planning, strategic and structural advice with experience across a broad range of industries. Doug specialises in Small Business and Farming clients and consults on Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF).
Utilising his many years of experience, Doug is able to provide innovative tax planning strategies, identify tax risks while continuing to improve processes by developing and implementing best practices.
Outside of work, Doug and his wife Kylie have three adult children and when time allows they enjoy fishing and camping.

Craig Dew
DIRECTOR
Craig Dew is the founding partner of the firm, Craig commenced the Albany based practice in July 1997 as “Craig Dew & Associates” with himself and a secretary. The practice changed its name to “dew | dallimore” when Doug Dallimore became a partner in July 2001.
He was born & raised in Northam, and started his career as an accountant in Perth whilst studying at Curtain University, before moving to Albany. He obtained a Bachelor of Business degree from Curtin University and subsequently qualified a Certified Practicing Accountant.
Craig possesses an energetic approach to business and likes to work alongside his clients to ensure a strong understanding of their financial affairs. Much of his time is spent dealing with the consulting arm of the business, predominately dealing with succession planning, restructures, mergers and acquisitions and tax planning strategies.
He is extremely proud of the growth from a single partner firm with one secretary to the current firm which has three partners and employs another 9 accountants and three support staff. He believes that is a testament to the empathy we provide to our clients and the continued trust they have in our firm to meet their business and accounting needs.
Craig is also a founding board member and director of Youth Great Southern Ltd, a charity aimed at providing support for at risk youth in the Great Southern.
Craig enjoys spending time with his wife Tiffany and three children, and is soon to become a grandfather. When time allows Craig enjoys open water swimming and golf.

Ben Wrobel
DIRECTOR
Ben Wrobel was born and raised in Albany, before moving to Perth to Study at Curtin University. Upon completion of his studies he returned to Albany where he began his accounting career with Craig Dew & Associates in 2000. In 2011 Ben became the third partner of dew | dallimore.
Ben completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Taxation), is a member of the CPA and has more than 23 years’ experience in Public Practice. He is very approachable and has a pro-active approach to doing business and assists clients in all aspects of their tax, accounting and planning requirements.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife Laleh and their two daughters. Ben is a board member of the Albany Enterprise Group (Small Business Centre Great Southern) for more than 10 years and also is on the committee for his local Cricket Club, Collingwood Park where he is very proud to be a life member.

Aaron Pugh
SMSF MANAGER B. COMMERCE (ACCOUNTING) & CPA
Aaron has been with Dew Dallimore for over 25 years, gathering wide ranging experience within the accounting profession. Aaron’s main role within the office is to assist our Self-Managed Superannuation Fund clients, meet their annual reporting and tax requirements. Aaron also completes the tax lodgement for our individual, partnership, trust and company clients, along with meeting his client’s tax planning needs.
Aaron is a born and bred Albany local. His free time is spent as a committee member and volunteer at the North Albany Football Club, supporting his disabled brother most weekends or enjoying a movie at the cinema.

Nathan Crudeli
ACCOUNTANT
Nathan has been an Accountant at Dew Dallimore since November 2020 and is currently studying his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Western Australia part time, whilst gaining essential on the job training.
Nathan was born in Mullewa but moved to Albany with his family and attended Albany Senior High School. He pursued work opportunities after he finished school, as well as travelling to the UK to play cricket. He loves Albany for its small, vibrant community and the connections that he has made here. He enjoys fishing and camping when he has the time to explore the beautiful surrounds of Albany. Growing up with two brothers, Nathan is highly competitive and loves all things sport. He is an active member of the Albany sporting community, for Cricket and Football.
Nathan is passionate about providing quality service to the clients of Dew Dallimore. He enjoys working with a diverse range of businesses and people and has a particular interest in tax planning strategies as there are great opportunities to add value to our clients. He has a can do attitude and if he doesn’t know he will find out.

Haylee Green
BOOKKEEPER/ACCOUNTANT
Haylee joined our team in 2017 after relocating from Mandurah with her family. Haylee brings over 10 years previous experience of working in the accounting industry to the Dew Dallimore team. Haylee is passionate about community engagement, actively volunteering for local sporting clubs and associations.
Beyond her professional life, Haylee is a dedicated mother of two wonderful kids. She embraces an active lifestyle, enjoying fitness, all things beach and socializing and spending quality time with family and friends!

Kevin Huang
BCOMM
Kevin started working at Dew Dallimore in 2012, Kevin originally studied his degree in China and since moving to Australia has done a master in accounting at Curtin University. Kevin moved to Perth and has since been working by correspondence. Kevin specialises in Company and Trust Accounting along with SMSF Accounting and Auditing.
He is a keen team member and is well known for his light hearted attitude. On his days off Kevin enjoys some much needed downtime watching movies, TV and Sport, and reading comics and novels.

Kim Buttfield
TAX MANAGER
Kim was born and raised in Perth, living in North Perth and working, primarily at the Australian Taxation Office for over 15 years. Kim & his wife (also Kim) had long considered a move to the country and after a trial move to Albany in 1998, never looked back. Kim commenced work with Dew Dallimore in 2003.
Kim completed a Bachelor of Business at Edith Cowan University in 1986 and a Bachelor of Science at UWA in 1997.
Outside work Kim enjoys swimming, cycling, music, camping and gardening and is a keen supporter of the Fremantle Dockers.

Debra Chalmers
OFFICE MANAGER
Commencing work at Dew Dallimore in 2012 as our office manager, Deb also has a broad background in administration in the Mining Industry, Local Government and Tourism Industry. Deb generally handles all the invoicing, creditors, payroll and ASIC Corporate Secretarial work within the office.
In her spare time Deb enjoys regular walks at Middleton Beach, immersing herself in a good book and camping and exploring the South Coast region with her husband.

Shellby Sibert
JUNOR ACCOUNTANT
Shellby, currently practising as a Junior Accountant at Dew Dallimore, is a dedicated professional with a keen eye for numbers and a passion for precision. Pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Western Australia, she brings a fresh perspective and a commitment to excellence in tax compliance and advice .
Originally from Albany, Shellby spent 15 years calling it home. She then ventured to Brisbane for 5 years, immersing herself in the specialty coffee industry. The experiences garnered during this period not only broadened her professional acumen but also instilled a strong work ethic and adaptability.
Outside the realm of spreadsheets and ledgers, Shellby can be found enjoying the coastal beauty of Albany on weekends or unleashing her culinary creativity in the kitchen. Coco, the sassy Pomeranian, adds an extra dose of joy to her life.
Renowned for her efficient work style, Shellby is dedicated to providing clients with impeccable and expedient services.

Phoebe Howard
BOOKKEEPER
Phoebe joined the Dew Dallimore bookkeeping team in 2022. Coming from a farming family in South Stirlings, she brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail to every task.
Phoebe enjoys spending her weekends at the beach and camping whenever she gets the chance to relax.

Kadee Walker
RECEPTONIST
Kadee is our friendly and helpful receptionist, she is the first point of contact when you phone or come into the Dew Dallimore office.
Kadee joined the team in November 2023 after completing year 12 at St Joseph's College. In her free time, she likes to walk on the beach with her dog Neo, and also enjoys painting.
